![]() Went to the Kirkland 2035 meeting last night. One of the things I saw there that I really liked was this walkability map of Kirkland. It clearly shows that Central Houghton is one of the more walkable neighborhoods in Kirkland. Factors affecting our walkability score: the Houghton Center with all the supporting retail, transit along 108th, the relative gentle grade of 108th, Lakeview Elementary, neighborhood parks, the International Community School, and of course all the people who get out and walk!
