Minutes from Aug 1^st Meeting

- Did you go to the Kirkland 4^th of July parade? Did you see the CHNA float? Wasn’t it great! Thanks to all the neighbors who made the float a crackin’ success!  Think about joining us next year…it’s your neighborhood and your float!

- Most of the meeting was dedicated to the Houghtdown!  This is the annual neighborhood picnic at Terrace Park on Labor Day. We hope you have all marked your calendars and plan on coming! There will be a kid’s parade, food, games and fun for all ages. Want to do more? Consider volunteering – we can always use the help! Pick one or more ways to help out…

* Weekend of Aug 25-26 – post flyers in the neighborhood

* Sat, Sept 1 – help purchase food at Costco (meet there at 10:30am)

* Sun, Sept 2 – help fill water balloons and set up tent (starts around 5pm)

* Mon, Sept 3 – show up at 9am at Terrace Park to help set up for the picnic or help out during the picnic
