- PCC/Security Properties – PCC and property owner representatives will be on hand to discuss their ideas for the PCC property development and how it fits with the Houghton /Everest Neighborhood Center. They will bring their architect who has worked with PCC on several new stores nd he can do some sketches to capture the conversation. He has suggested that the outline be a little larger than the PCC parcel just to capture the grade change.
