It was a great day to be biking out on the Cross Kirkland Corridor. Here are some pictures of Google's new building. The pedestrian bridge between the old (okay, less new) building and the new building is really taking shape. I also threw in a picture of the CKC bridge over 68th - I love that bridge!

I went by the other day as well and was surprised by how big it looks from 5th Pl S/7th Ave S. That may change as plantings and other stuff goes in. Construction always goes through these looks big-looks small phases. 5/5/2015 07:25:23 am
It's a pretty big construction project shoe-horned in there. I knew when I took the picture, it would be difficult to get a sense of scale. The portion of the CKC they have paved, is pretty darned nice. Leave a Reply. |
