Northwest University Master Plan Update

 Community members and other interested parties are invited to attend an open house to learn more about and provide input on Northwest University’s Master Plan Update. The open house is scheduled for:

Elements of the draft master plan include:

• New Welcome Center
• New gymnasium pavilion
• New 300 bed dorm
• New 6 court tennis facility with parking below
• New fitness center with parking below
• Replacement of Ness Academic Center
• Additions to the chapel
• Clarification of athletic field usage

• ​New field house and bleachers at athletic fields
• Reduced setbacks for Seventh Day Adventist Property
• Alteration of campus access from 53rd and realignment of 111th
• Modifications to building heights
• Revised traffic patterns and plans
• Clarify student caps
• Net gain of 350 parking stalls
